Pricing depends on the type of garment, design size, stitch count or vinyl complexity, and quantity ordered. Digitizing (turning a logo or image into an embroidery file) can also affect the final price.

Yes. All custom orders require full payment before production begins.

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch-ready file for embroidery. This ensures clean, accurate stitching and professional results.

Since all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is an error on our end, we will gladly fix or replace the item.

Turnaround time is usually 1–4 weeks after payment and design approval. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
